Description:
This application proposes the establishment of a new plan of subdivision on full municipal services. The proposed plan of subdivision is expected to include a total of 199 residential dwelling units within 42 lots and blocks, consisting of single-family homes, semi-detached dwellings, townhouses, stacked townhouses, a block for a stormwater pond, and three new streets. Access to the new lots would be provided from Lacoste Street and Labelle Street.
The subject lands are designated “Urban Policy Area” in the United Counties’ Official Plan and “Residential Policy Area” in the Township’s Official Plan, both of which allow for new residential development.
The Draft Plan of Subdivision applies to the property legally described as Part of Lot 10, Concession 7, in the Township of Russell.
