Description:
This application proposes the establishment of a new plan of subdivision. The development will comprise of a total proposed plan of 13 block, designated for light industrial uses, serviced by private services, as well as one block allocated for a stormwater pond and three new streets. Access to the proposed lots will be provided via Pommainville Sideroad.
The subject lands are identified within the “Trade and Industry” under the United Counties’ Official Plan.
The Draft Plan of Subdivision applies to the property legally described as Part of Lots 23 and 24, Concession 4, in the former Township of Cambridge, now in The Nation Municipality.
