The second arrest occurred on Thursday, November 20, at approximately 2:45 p.m., after officers responded to a report from a City of Clarence-Rockland By-law Officer about a man sleeping in his car, parked on the wrong side of the road in Rockland. Officers arrested the driver for impaired driving and transported him to the detachment for additional testing.
Following the investigation, 45-year-old Gregory Moorhouse, of Alfred-Plantagenet, Ontario, was charged under the Criminal Code with operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
