{"id":3972,"date":"2021-11-04T00:51:24","date_gmt":"2021-11-04T00:51:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/editionap.ca\/2021\/11\/04\/cdsbeo-releases-new-mental-health-guide-2\/"},"modified":"2025-12-23T04:36:34","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T03:36:34","slug":"cdsbeo-releases-new-mental-health-guide-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/refletnews.ca\/en\/education\/cdsbeo-releases-new-mental-health-guide-2\/","title":{"rendered":"CDSBEO releases new mental health guide"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario (CDSBEO) has banded together with 11 community partners to implement a new version of the Guide for Working Together to Respond to Children and Youth Struggling with Substance Use, Addictions and Mental Health Concerns.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe CDSBEO is proud to announce a refresh to the Guide for Working Together to Respond to Children and Youth Struggling with Substance Use, Addictions and Mental Health Concerns,\u201d said Norma McDonald, superintendent of school sffectiveness. \u201cNow more than ever, as we support our families moving out of a global pandemic, collaboration between school boards and community partners is essential to respond to student needs.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The revision was coordinated by the CDSBEO and is the result of joint work between the school board, mental health agencies, hospitals, and Kids Help Phone.
