Jeff Bowman et d&#8217;autres chercheurs du MRNF collectent des carcasses de rats musqu\u00e9s et de visons aupr\u00e8s des trappeurs des r\u00e9gions de Prescott-Russell et de Stormont-Dundas-Glengarry, ainsi que d&#8217;autres parties de la province, afin de les examiner dans le cadre de l&#8217;\u00e9tude. &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"04Corpsdetexte\"><span lang=\"FR-CA\">L&#8217;une des causes possibles de ce d\u00e9clin pourrait \u00eatre un type de maladie se propageant dans la population de rats musqu\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9sultats des n\u00e9cropsies effectu\u00e9es sur les carcasses permettront de d\u00e9terminer si des maladies connues qui affectent l&#8217;esp\u00e8ce, ou un autre type de maladie, comme la COVID, peuvent \u00eatre \u00e0 l&#8217;origine du d\u00e9clin de la population. &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"04Corpsdetexte\"><span lang=\"FR-CA\">Les chercheurs du MNRF recueillent \u00e9galement des informations anecdotiques aupr\u00e8s des trappeurs locaux sur les habitats locaux et les ressources alimentaires disponibles pour le rat musqu\u00e9 et le vison, afin de d\u00e9terminer si ces facteurs peuvent \u00eatre en cause. &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"04Corpsdetexte\"><span lang=\"FR-CA\">\u00abIl s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un autre exemple de la fa\u00e7on dont notre groupe participe \u00e0 divers projets visant \u00e0 assurer la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 des esp\u00e8ces sauvages dans notre r\u00e9gion\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 St\u00e9phane Dubuc, pr\u00e9sident du GTC. &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"04Corpsdetexte\"><span lang=\"FR-CA\">Le GTC demande \u00e0 ses membres, de la r\u00e9gion des cinq comt\u00e9s, de contacter le GTC ou le MNRF pour obtenir des informations sur la fa\u00e7on dont ils peuvent contribuer au projet de recherche.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La population de rats musqu\u00e9s de l&#8217;Ontario diminue et les trappeurs locaux aident le gouvernement provincial \u00e0 comprendre pourquoi.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":12,"featured_media":29786,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[40],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-29785","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-societe"],"acf":[],"featured_media_global":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
