The vote was cast during the organizational meeting on November 16, after the trustees were sworn in for the 2022 to 2026 term.<\/p>\n
This will be McAllister\u2019s fourth consecutive year as Chair, and his fifth overall.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m excited to serve as Chair for the Board, especially with so many new faces at the table,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019m proud and humbled that my fellow trustees have bestowed their confidence in me once again.\u201d<\/p>\n
Parisien is new to the position of Vice-Chair and is on her second term as trustee. She was first elected in 2018 and acts as a mentor to the student trustees. She has also sat on various committees including chairing the Trustee Innovation Awards committee.<\/p>\n
