The subject land is described as part of Lot 25, Concession 3, in the former Township of Cambridge, now in The Nation Municipality. The property is also subject to the following application B-077-2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B-077-2026:<\/strong> The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.4 hectare from a property located on a part of lot 25 concession 3, with access from Gagnon Side Road as a new lot for residential purposes on Gagnon Side Road, south-east of the Village of Limoges. The subject land is described as part of Lot 25, Concession 3, in the former Township of Cambridge, now in The Nation Municipality.
