Take notice that the United Counties of Prescott and Russell have declared the following property as surplus to their needs:
PART OF LOT 24 CONCESSION 5, designated as Parts 1, 2, 3 & 4, on the attached sketch, FORMER TOWNSHIP OF CAMBRIDGE NOW IN THE NATION MUNICIPALITY
(approximately 11 acres)
And take further notice that the United Counties of Prescott and Russell propose to transfer the above noted property to a third party as part of a land exchange project, subject to acceptable terms and conditions.
