The subject land is described as part of Lot 17, Concession 3, in the former Township of Alfred now in the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet.<br><strong>B-035-2026:<\/strong> The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.17 hectare from a property located at 56A and 56B Pendleton Street for the creation of a new lot on Pendleton Street in the Town of Vankleek Hill.
