The work is&nbsp;anticipated&nbsp;to take approximately two years to complete.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Construction Area<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Phase 2 will include work along&nbsp;Notre-Dame Street between Domaine Street and Lapalme Street,&nbsp;Ste-Marie Road from Notre-Dame Street to approximately 250 metres south of the intersection, and&nbsp;St-Pierre Road between Notre-Dame Street and Dignard Street.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is part of the municipality\u2019s long-term infrastructure planning to rehabilitate&nbsp;the&nbsp;aging storm sewer systems and improve drainage capacity in key areas of Embrun.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Public Information Session<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Residents can learn more about the project at the upcoming session&nbsp;that will take place on&nbsp;Tuesday, March 3,&nbsp;at&nbsp;6:15 p.m.&nbsp;at&nbsp;Town Hall, 717 Notre-Dame Street, Embrun.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the session, municipal staff and members of the project team will present&nbsp;an overview of the project scope and objectives, the reasons the work is&nbsp;required, construction phasing and the&nbsp;anticipated&nbsp;schedule, traffic management plans and property access during construction, potential impacts on residents, businesses, and municipal services, and a&nbsp;question-and-answer period.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Municipal officials are encouraging residents and business owners in the affected areas to attend the session to ask questions and provide feedback early in the process.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those unable to attend may&nbsp;submit&nbsp;questions by email to&nbsp;infrastructure@russell.ca.
