Celle-ci faisait affaire avec les firmes J.L. Richards et Re:Public Urbanism afin de traiter ces dossiers de fa\u00e7on ponctuelle, mais cette fa\u00e7on de fonctionner s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9e peu efficace, en plus d\u2019alourdir consid\u00e9rablement la charge de travail de certains employ\u00e9s municipaux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le conseil municipal prend donc la d\u00e9cision d\u2019engager la firme WSP pour traiter ces dossiers. Un urbaniste bilingue sera attitr\u00e9 \u00e0 la municipalit\u00e9 par WSP pour 15 \u00e0 20 heures par semaine. Celui-ci recevra directement les requ\u00eates des citoyens et aura acc\u00e8s \u00e0 distance au syst\u00e8me interne de la municipalit\u00e9 pour traiter les demandes. Ceci r\u00e9duira le va et vient entre les firmes de consultants et l\u2019administration municipale pour le partage des documents.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La municipalit\u00e9 continue de faire affaire avec les firmes J.L. Richards et Re:Public Urbanism pour assurer une certaine continuit\u00e9 dans la gestion du d\u00e9partement d\u2019urbanisme. La dur\u00e9e de l\u2019entente avec WSP reste \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer.
