The Nation council expects the final cost of the Sportsplex project in Limoges to come in under budget, despite some change orders still outstanding. Council met on December 12 to discuss the topic, as well as the delayed occupancy caused by a problem with the artificial turf. Occupancy is expected by the end of January, and move-in is expected to take up to two weeks.
The approved budget is in the amount of $14,549,557, which was passed during a council meeting on August 30, 2021. Delays in occupancy will result in lower rental revenues for the month of January.
