The OPP are asking for help finding the culprit of a case of mischief on the New York Central Fitness Trail in Embrun. The unidentified person or people left images of swastikas and male genitals spray-painted on the pavement sometime before June 1, when the OPP released a statement on the matter. There is no information on when the graffiti was painted on the pavement, nor on who might have left it there.
The OPP shared images of the graffiti to Twitter and ask anyone with information to contact the Russell County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
