Prescott and Russell Community Development Corporation announces recipient of President’s Award

The Prescott and Russell Community Development Corporation (PRCDC) recently announced the recipient of the 2026 President’s Distinction Award.

This year’s recipient is Mark Kelly, owner of KB Media Group in Casselman.

The award is present during the PRCDC’s annual general meeting, where one person from the United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR) region is honoured for their commitment to their community, their contribution to community’s economic development, and their support for the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

This person, chosen by the members of the Board of Directors of the PRCDC, is recognized for their contribution to regional economic growth, for their contribution to strengthening links between small businesses and the community, the promotion of local purchasing and leadership.

Kelly also serves as the vice-president of the Fédération des gens d’affaires francophones de l’Ontario and is the outgoing president of the Prescott and Russell Chamber of Commerce.
