B-037-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.6 hectare from a property located at 124, St. Pierre Road as a new lot for residential purposes on St. Pierre Road, north of the Village of Embrun. The subject land is described as part of Lot 21, Concession 6, in the Township of Russell.
B-041-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 1.1 hectares from a property located on part of Lot 28, Concession 2, to enlarge a property immediately west on Savage Street, in the Village of Limoges. The subject land is described as part of Lot 28, Concession 2, in the former Township of Cambridge now in The Nation Municipality. The property is also subject to application B-042-2026.
B-042-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.0019 hectare from a property located on part of Lot 28, Concession 2, to enlarge a property immediately south in the Village of Limoges. The subject land is described as part of Lot 28, Concession 2, in the former Township of Cambridge now in The Nation Municipality. The property is also subject to application B-041-2026.
B-043-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.4 hectare from a property located at 1444, St. Jacques Road as a new lot for residential purposes on St. Jacques Road, in the Village of Embrun. The subject land is described as part of Lot 6, Concession 7, in the Township of Russell.
B-044-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.85 hectare from a property located at 676, Limoges Road as a new lot on Limoges Road, in the Village of Limoges. The subject land is described as part of Lot 14, Concession 10, in the Township of Russell.
