Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped the vehicle, travelling eastbound near the Limoges exit, at about 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 30. Police said officers searched the car after the driver was found to have contravened the Ontario Cannabis Act.
